Fin Knowledge's Payment Policy

Payment Policy

Payment Terms:

All services provided by Fin Knowledge are subject to payment in full as per the terms outlined in the proposal or agreement between Fin Knowledge and the Client.

Invoicing:

Invoices will be issued to the Client based on the agreed-upon payment schedule, which may include upfront deposits, milestone payments, or recurring payments as applicable. Clients will receive detailed invoices specifying the services provided and the corresponding charges.

Payment Methods:

Fin Knowledge accepts payments via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or other mutually agreed-upon payment methods. Clients are responsible for any transaction fees associated with the chosen payment method.

Late Payments:

Payments not received by the due date specified in the invoice are considered late. Fin Knowledge reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 10% per month or the maximum allowable rate by law, whichever is lower.

Suspension of Services:

Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services until outstanding payments are received in full. Fin Knowledge is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the suspension of services due to non-payment.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a billing dispute, the Client must notify Fin Knowledge in writing within 2 days of receiving the invoice. Both parties will work together in good faith to resolve the dispute promptly.

Taxes:

All prices and fees quoted by Fin Knowledge are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed by governing authorities.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Fin Knowledge. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within [X] business days.

Cancelation Policy:

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to Fin Knowledge. Depending on the stage of the project and any applicable cancellation fees outlined in the agreement, clients may be entitled to a partial refund or may be responsible for payment of outstanding fees.

Charges & Payment Policy:

Fin Knowledge reserves the right to modify or amend this payment policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes to the payment policy in writing or via email.

 

By engaging Fin Knowledge’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this payment policy.
